Account Executive
Remote (US) or Hybrid (Boston)
Hey there, revenue builder! We're EnFi, a cutting-edge FinTech startup revolutionizing complex credit risk assessment and portfolio monitoring with our AI-powered platform. We're on a mission to transform how institutional and private lenders make decisions — replacing manual, fragmented workflows with AI-native orchestration across deal intake, underwriting, and portfolio monitoring. We need your commercial instincts to help us grow!
Who We're Looking For
A senior Account Executive who can own our revenue motion — from pipeline creation to close — in the private credit, institutional lending, and banking markets. This is not a mature playbook to execute — it's a motion to build while closing. If you thrive in a build-the-plane-while-flying-it environment, have deep credibility in commercial lending, and are energized by the intersection of AI and financial services, you might be exactly who we need!
The Role
- Build and own the pipeline — Identify, pursue, and manage a high-quality pipeline of qualified prospects in private credit, institutional lending, and banking
- Drive deals to close — Own the full sales cycle from first call through contract signature, navigating complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales with discipline and urgency
- Show up in the market — Represent EnFi at conferences, trade shows, and industry events as a credible voice in commercial credit and AI-powered lending
- Define the GTM playbook — Develop and execute go-to-market strategy including positioning, segmentation, competitive response, and outreach approach
- Partner across the team — Work with Customer Success on smooth handoffs, and surface market feedback to product and engineering to shape the roadmap
- Report with clarity — Provide pipeline reporting, accurate forecasts, and strategic insights to leadership
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years in financial services sales with a proven track record closing complex, high-value B2B deals
- Deep domain expertise in private credit, institutional lending, or commercial banking — enough to earn trust with CCOs and CLOs from day one
- Strong existing network within private credit funds, banks, and institutional lenders
- Experience selling technology into financial institutions — you understand how buying decisions get made and how to navigate them
- High say-do ratio: your pipeline forecasts are accurate and your commitments are kept
- Energized by ownership — comfortable being a first commercial hire, not the fifth
Bonus Points For
- Experience at an early-stage fintech or enterprise SaaS in a first commercial hire capacity
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in credit risk, underwriting, or portfolio monitoring
- Knowledge of the regulatory landscape in commercial lending (CECL, BSA/AML, etc.)
What You'll Love
- First Commercial Impact: Your fingerprints will be on how EnFi grows — from GTM motion to closed accounts
- Direct Access to Leadership: Real influence on product positioning, pricing, and strategy
- A Product Worth Selling: Solves real, painful problems for sophisticated financial institutions — not a solution looking for a problem
- Career Growth: Opportunity to build and lead the commercial function as the team scales
- Competitive Package: Strong salary and equity package with high-growth potential
- Fast-Paced Impact: Your deals and market insights shape the company quickly in our startup environment
If you're ready to own the full arc from pipeline to close — and you're energized by building the commercial motion at a company that's genuinely transforming how lenders work — we want to hear from you! At EnFi, you'll flex your financial services sales expertise while working with cutting-edge AI technology that's changing the industry. Let's redefine what world-class GTM looks like in AI-powered commercial lending!
